Windy Weddings

Kristi Siebert & Jake Dockter became Mr. and Mrs. Dockter this weekend, despite 20 mile an hour winds & 50 degree weather OUTDOORS and ON THE BEACH. I am still trying to warm up and get the sand out of my hair, but every grain was worth it to watch Kristi & Jake start their lives together.

I have had the privilege of working with Miami-based wedding & fashion photographer, Heather Funk (www.heatherfunk.com) for a couple of weddings. In just a short amount of time (ok, in long days) I have learned SO MUCH about the role of a wedding photographer.

I may even be joining her in November in Miami for a wedding! Woo hoo!
